Redshirt-junior Ana Pimenta (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) recorded a match-high 15 kills to lead the Southern New Hampshire University women's volleyball team to a 3-0 triumph over Le Moyne College on Friday night at the Stan Spirou Field House.

KEY MOMENTS
- Southern New Hampshire trailed by two early in the opening set when a Bernardis kill set off a 16-1 blitz, with 14 straight serves from sophomore Chiara Di Valerio (Terni, Italy) producing 13 consecutive points, as SNHU opened a 19-6 advantage. Blaskey paced the Penmen with four kills during the stretch, while Pimenta added three.
- Le Moyne held a three-point advantage in the second stanza when five straight Penmen points, including a pair of kills from Blaskey, flipped the hosts into the lead at 20-18. It was 22-21 in favor of SNHU when a kill and an ace from Montefameglio, as well as a Pimenta kill, gave Southern New Hampshire three of the next four points to go up 2-0 in the match.
- Two kills each from Pimenta and Arletti helped Southern New Hampshire jump out to a 9-3 lead in the third set. The margin was five when five different Penmen recorded a kill, including Bernardis, who contributed three, during a 9-3 rush that made it 20-9. The Dolphins countered with a 9-2 run to pull within 22-18, but would not get closer than four.

- Di Valerio chipped in a pair of aces and five digs.
- SNHU outhit Le Moyne in all three sets, as well as .333-.085, overall.
- The Penmen held edges in blocks (9-7) and aces (7-6).
NOTES
- Southern New Hampshire has won eight of its last 11, including three of four.
- SNHU is now locked in as the No. 4 or 5 seed for the NE10 Championship and will take on Saint Anselm College in the quarterfinal round on Thursday, Nov. 10. The Penmen will be home with a win Saturday or a loss and a Saint Anselm loss, otherwise the match would take place across town at the Hawks' Stoutenburgh Gymnasium.
- The Penmen have now won eight of 11 and five of six, including four straight, against the Dolphins. During the four-match winning streak against Le Moyne, SNHU has not dropped a set.
