KEY MOMENTS
- Southern New Hampshire jumped out to an 11-4 lead over the opening five-and-a-half minutes, as six from Knight and five from Timberlake powered the stretch. New Haven would score six of the final seven points in the opening quarter to trim its deficit to 15-13.

- Timberlake would drain two more triples in the opening 3:20 of the third quarter to run the Penmen lead to the largest of the contest at 36-27, before UNH whittled it down to 45-39 going to the final frame.
- A Gordon trey to begin the fourth quarter matched SNHU's largest lead at 48-39, but an 11-2 blitz from the hosts pulled the score even at 50-all with 4:20 to go. New Haven could not clear the hump, however, as four points from Knight carried a run of seven straight that put the Penmen up, 57-50, with under two minutes on the clock. The Chargers would climb as close as 62-60 with 20 seconds left, but Gordon hit three of her four free throws in the final 16 seconds to seal the victory.
