Timberlake had six points during the stretch. Saint Rose closed the opening half with a 9-2 blitz that slashed its deficit to 28-22.
  • After a triple from graduate student Macy Spinks (Luton, United Kingdom) put SNHU up nine just 30 seconds into the third quarter, the Golden Knights ripped off a 23-6 run that put them on top, 45-37, going to the final frame.
  • Saint Rose grabbed its largest lead of the night at 47-37 less than a minute in, but a 9-2 spurt – with the final five points coming from Timberlake – pulled the Penmen within one possession at 49-46 with 3:54 remaining. SNHU would not score again, however, as the Golden Knights netted the final four points to seal the win.
