Kurtis Henderson (Brockton, Mass.) added 12, but the Southern New Hampshire University men's basketball team fell 69-60 on the road Sunday to host College of Staten Island at the Tournament of Heroes.

KEY MOMENTS
- Greene hit a three-pointer for SNHU's first basket and the short-lived 3-2 lead was the only lead for SNHU in the first half until Daniels dunked with about 4:30 left in the half to make it 25-24.
- Daniels hit a lay-up to give SNHU it's biggest lead at 34-30, but Staten Island's JJ Chestnut knocked one down from mid-court at the buzzer to cut the lead to 34-33.
- SNHU opened a 49-43 with 10:38 to play on a three-pointer by Harris but the Dolphins followed that with an 8-0 run to take the lead.
- Justin Zieris broke a 54-54 tie for CSI with a three-pointer, and the Dolphins finished the game on a 15-6 run.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Senior Derrick Grant Jr. (Plainfield, N.J.) scored four points (2-7 FG) and four boards.
- Junior Royce Williams (Manchester, N.H.) had three points and senior Jordan Brathwaite (Silver Spring, Md.) had one point.
- Southern New Hampshire shot 50% for the first half, but finished the game 24-for-61 (39.3%). The Penmen were 6-for-19 from three-point range and 6-for-9 from the line.
- Staten Island was 24-for-72 (33.3%) with 9-for-35 from three-point range and 12-for-15 on its free throws.
- Each team had 40 rebounds. SNHU had a 32-28 edge on points in the paint, and Staten Island had a 14-7 edge on fast break points.
NOTES
- The win was the first for Staten Island against SNHU. The Penmen had won the two previous meetings including 99-79 last year on Staten Island.

- The next game for the Penmen will be the opener next Saturday, Nov. 16 (1 p.m.) when they play host to Bloomfield College at the Stan Spirou Field House.
