Female Athlete of the Week: Annemartine Christis - Field Hockey - Sr. - M
Annemartine Christis (s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands) became SNHU's all-time leading scorer with 13 points on six goals and an assist in a 3-0 week for seventh-ranked field hockey, breaking Laura van der Doorn's mark of 89. Christis, who is currently sitting at 97 points, captured her second NE10 Player of the Week honor this season, as she scored two goals in each contest and also added a helper in a 3-0 shutout of Franklin Pierce University.

Male Athlete of the Week: Preston Neal - Men's Soccer - Sr. - GK
Preston Neal (Windham, N.H.) piled up clean sheets Nos. four and five on the season, as he turned away all five shots he faced during a 2-0-0 week for men's soccer. Neal made a pair of tops in a 2-0 victory at Saint Michael's College on Wednesday and then recorded three saves in Saturday's 1-0 shutout of American International College.


Women's Soccer (4-0-2, 1-0-1 NE10)

Notes:
- Women's soccer, ranked eighth in the latest United Soccer Coaches Division II Top 25 Poll, remained unbeaten with a 1-0-1 week, as it lifted the lid on its NE10 slate. The Penmen played to a scoreless draw at American International College on Tuesday and then secured a 2-1 victory against undefeated Assumption University on Saturday.
- Graduate students Alyssa Anderson (Londonderry, N.H.) tallied a goal and an assist against Assumption, as she opened the scoring herself in the eighth minute and then set up the eventual game winner in the 30th.
- Fellow grad student Nida Orloff (Leicester, Mass.) scored the other goal for the Penmen.
- Junior Claudia Keith (Danver, Mass.) stopped four of the five shots she faced during the week. Keith notched her fourth shutout of the year with three saves at AIC and then made one save against the Greyhounds.


Men's Soccer (5-1-0, 3-0-0 NE10)

Notes:
- Men's soccer posted a pair of clean sheets in a 2-0-0 week, blanking Saint Michael's, 2-0, on the road Wednesday, before coming home and squeaking by American International College, 1-0, Saturday.
- Junior Iago Perez (A Coruña, Spain) scored a pair of goals during the week, as he returned from injury after missing the first four contests of the season. Perez added 62nd-minute insurance at Saint Michael's, before burying the lone goal in the 57th minute versus AIC.
- Sophomore Martin Zapata (Pamplona, Spain) recorded a goal and an assist in the win over the Purple Knights, breaking the scoreless deadlock with just 3:41 remaining in the opening half and then setting up an insurance marker in the 62nd.
- Junior Alejo Caceres (Cordoba, Argentina) assisted on both scores at AIC.
- Graduate student Liam Evans (Rock Hill, N.Y.) collected his second straight NE10 Defensive Player of the Week honor, as he anchored the back line that pitched a pair of shutouts in which SNHU outshot its opponents, 31-16. The Penmen defensive limited the Purple Knights to nine shots (three on target) and then held the Yellow Jackets to seven shots (three on target).
- Senior Preston Neal (Windham, N.H.) piled up clean sheets Nos. four and five on the season, as he turned away all five shots he faced during the week. Neal made a pair of stops at SMC and then recorded three saves versus AIC.


Field Hockey (6-1, 3-0 NE10)

Notes:
- Field hockey, ranked seventh in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Coaches Poll, posted a 3-0 week, as the road warriors scored a 5-1, non-conference victory at Saint Michael's College on Monday, blanked Franklin Pierce University, 3-0, Wednesday and then went to Adelphi University and notched a huge, 3-2 overtime victory Saturday.
- Senior Annemartine Christis (s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands) became SNHU's all-time leading scorer with 13 points on six goals and an assist, breaking Laura van der Doorn's mark of 89. Christis, who is currently sitting at 97 points, captured her second NE10 Player of the Week honor this season, as she scored two goals in each contest and also added a helper against Franklin Pierce.
- Sophomore Minke van de Poll (Oosterbeek, Netherlands) found the back of the net twice during the week. She scored at Saint Michael's, and then tallied a goal and an assist, including the overtime winner, at Adelphi.
- Sophomore Jade Hendriks (Huissen, Netherlands) scored a pair of goals in the win at Saint Michael's.
- Sophomore Emma Peeters (Wageningen, Netherlands) turned away 12 of the 15 shots she saw in the three matches. She made a pair of saves against the Purple Knights, recorded a two-save shutout versus the Ravens and then stopped eight of ten against the Panthers.


Women's Volleyball (3-9, 0-0 NE10)

Notes:
- Women's volleyball took part in the International Volleyball Hall of Fame East Region Clash at American International College and suffered a trio of three-set losses. The Penmen fell to American International College and the University of Bridgeport on Friday, before losing to Saint Michael's College on Saturday.
- Senior Deanne Wilson (Buffalo, N.Y.) amassed 29 kills (3.22 k/s), 28 digs (3.11 d/s) and four blocks (0.44 b/s). She narrowly missed a double-double with nine kills and 10 digs against AIC, notched 11 kills and nine digs versus Bridgeport and then had nine kills and nine digs against SMC.
- Senior Julia Cavalcanti (Vineyard, Utah) tallied 17 kills (1.89 k/s), three aces (0.33 sa/s), 11 digs (1.22 d/s) and seven blocks (0.78 b/s). Her best stat lines came against the Purple Knights with seven kills, seven digs and two blocks against SMC, after registering five kills, two aces, three digs and four blocks against Bridgeport.
- Senior Eyleen Dias (Plymouth, Mass.) racked up 43 digs (4.78 d/s) over the weekend. She had 17 digs against Bridgeport, as well as 13 each against AIC and Saint Michael's.

Notes:
- Women's tennis split a pair of matches last week, shutting down American International College, 7-0, Wednesday, before absorbing its first loss of the season with a 6-1 defeat at Adelphi University on Sunday.
- Graduate student Zuzanna Krygier (Poznan, Poland) went 3-1, including 2-0 at No. 4 singles. She clinched the win over AIC by breezing past Charlotte Tvelia, 6-0, 6-0, and also topped Sara Lindeman at No. 4 singles, 6-3, 7-6 (10-8), for SNHU's only point against Adelphi. Krygier and sophomore Dajana Abadzic (Weinstadt, Germany) also clinched the doubles point versus the Yellow Jackets with a 6-1 victory over Katja Milicevic and Maria Cedeno at the top flight.

- Men's tennis was handed a 6-1 defeat at Adelphi University on Saturday.
- Junior Phillipp Roeder (Aystetten, Germany) won both of his matches in the loss. Roeder recorded a 6-1, 7-5 victory against Rodrigo Ochoa at No. 5 singles and also partnered with sophomore Albert Modol (Lleida, Spain) on a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles over Elouan Boyer and Yannick Stolz.


Men's Golf

- Men's golf rallied in the final round Tuesday to win its Penmen Fall Invitational at Montcalm Golf Club in Enfield, N.H. SNHU (594) earned a one-shot win over Assumption University (595) at the eight-team tournament, as it notched its second straight victory
- Sophomore Mitchell Cormier (Walpole, N.H.) fired a 1-under 71 in the final round to finish at 1-over 145 and place second on the individual leaderboard.
