The Southern New Hampshire University field hockey team extended its winning streak to six games, rallying for a 3-2 victory over Pace University in Northeast 10 Conference action on Wednesday afternoon at Peter X. Finnerty Field.
KEY MOMENT
With the game tied 1-1 late in the fourth quarter, Junior Jade Hendriks (Huissen, Netherlands) delivered the go-ahead goal at 51:52, finishing off a penalty-corner sequence with help from junior Amelia Crocombe (Somerset, England). The strike put the Penmen ahead for good, and sophomore Natalie Paradzick (Hooksett, N.H.) added an insurance goal less than three minutes later to seal the win.

- Freshman Kim Dull (Wilnis, Netherlands) tied the game in the third quarter with her sixth goal of the season, the sixth consecutive game she has scored two points.
- Junior Abby Forbes (Boscawen, N.H.) and Crocombe each recorded assists in the win.
- Freshman Agustina Miranda Waigand (Miami, Fla.) earned her 11th win of the season, recording four saves on six shots faced.
- SNHU and Pace each tallied 11 shots, with the Penmen holding a 9-6 advantage in shots on goal.
- The Penmen were awarded nine penalty corners to Pace's 11.
- SNHU has now won six straight games and improved to 7-2 in NE10 play. The Penmen are in a three-way tie for third place with Saint Anselm College and Adelphi University.
- The Penmen win a second consecutive match with Pace to improve to 3-8 all-time against the Setters.
