Three From Field Hockey Named First Team All-Conference By NE10

Penmen Also Land Pair On All-Rookie Team

NO. ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Five Southern New Hampshire University field hockey student-athletes were honored by the Northeast 10 Conference on Thursday afternoon, including three who were named to the First Team All-Conference.

Juniors Minke van de Poll (Oosterbeek, Netherlands), Jade Hendriks (Huissen, Netherlands), and Zoe Demers (Manchester, N.H.) were all selected to the First Team. In addition, freshman Kim Dull (Wilnis, Netherlands) was named to the Third Team All-Conference and joined on the All-Rookie Team by goaltender Agustina Miranda Waigand (Miami, Fla.).

Van de Poll returns to the First Team for the second time, having earned the honor in 2023 and Second Team recognition last season. Over three seasons with the Penmen, she has tallied 30 goals and added seven assists, with her 67 career points ranking fourth in program history.

Hendriks earns First Team honors after consecutive Third Team selections. She helped anchor a defense that ranked fifth in the NE10 at 2.68 goals allowed per game, while also contributing offensively with a career-best four goals and six assists in 2025. Her three defensive saves led the Penmen.

Demers had a breakout season, leading the team with 11 goals and 24 points. She finished tied for sixth in the NE10 in goals scored.

Dull, a two-time NE10 Rookie of the Week, posted 17 points over the final 10 games, finishing the season with seven goals and eight assists.

Miranda Waigand, also a two-time Rookie of the Week, started all 19 games for SNHU, recording five shutouts and a 1.79 goals-against average.

Southern New Hampshire concluded the 2025 season at 12-7 overall and 8-4 in the competitive Northeast-10 Conference. The Penmen dropped a 4-2 decision at Bentley on Tuesday night in the Championship quarterfinals.
