Sophomore Ryan Lynch (Derry, N.H.) scored a goal and added an assist, but SNHU Men's Lacrosse fell 16-6 at #13/14 Bentley University in Northeast-10 action on Wednesday night in Waltham, Mass.

KEY MOMENTS
  • Lynch scored the first goal for the Penmen with 2:26 to play in the first quarter with an assist to freshman PJ Cunningham (Bronx, N.Y).
  • Gallo followed with a score with the assist to junior Aiden Blouin (Barre, Vt.).
  • Perez (from Roy) and Dwyer scored early in the third period, and Wiedemann also tallied with eight seconds left in the quarter.
  • Roy raced into the Falcon zone and earned his second assist of the quarter, delivering a perfect pass to Wiedemann which led to his first career goal.
  • Brown's low-angle attack netted him a goal from Lynch with 1:01 left in the contest.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • Bentley had a 53-25 shot advantage, 22-3 edge on face offs, and 42-21 on ground balls.
  • The Falcons converted its only extra man opportunity while the Penmen were 0-for-3.
  • SNHU went 19-for-22 on clear attempts while Bentley was 16-for-21.
  • Roy played the entire game for the Penmen and his two assists were the first of his career.
  • Dwyer's goal was his team-leading 15th of the season and Gallo leads the Penmen with 24 points (7G, 17 A).
  • Bentley's Hunter Smith (4G, 2A) and David Gagnon (5G, 1 A) were the top scorers.
NOTES
  • This was the third of four consecutive contests against nationally-ranked opponents. The Falcons were ranked in both major polls this week (14 USILA/13 Inside Lacrosse).
  • Bentley leads the all-time series 30-4 and have won the last six meetings with the Penmen.
