Female Athlete of the Week: Hannah Sippel - Women's Track & Field - So.
Hannah Sippel (Chester, N.H.) won the 400m race at the University of New Hampshire's Jim Boulanger Invitational on Saturday, turning in the fastest time by an NE10 athlete this season at 1:00.41. She also finished third in the 200 (27.06), and led the 4x100-meter relay team to a second-place finish (49.59), as women's track & field placed third.

Male Athlete of the Week: Casey Cumiskey - Baseball - Jr., IF
Casey Cumiskey (Milltown, N.J.) batted .429 (9-21) with four home runs, 15 RBI and 10 runs scored in a 7-0 week for baseball. Cumiskey also drew three walks and racked up seven extra-base hits with three doubles on top of the four long-balls, as he slashed .500/1.143/1.643. Cumiskey set the tone for the week in Monday's doubleheader sweep of American International College, as he went 5-for-7 with two home runs, two doubles, eight RBI and five runs scored. He hit safely in six of the seven contests and still managed to drive in three runs in the one he didn't. Cumiskey earned his second NE10 Player of the Week honor of the season earlier Monday.

Jack Davis - Baseball - Jr., P
Jack Davis (LaGrangeville, N.Y.) went 2-0 in three relief appearances over the seven games for the Penmen, hurling 13-and-a-third scoreless innings, as he allowed just seven hits, while striking out 11 and walking three. With the Penmen trailing 6-5 in the third inning of game two against AIC on Monday, Davis came on and slammed the door on the Yellow Jackets, tossing four shutout frames and allowing just two hits, while walking a pair and striking out five, as SNHU ended up rolling to a 19-6 victory. Davis saved his best for last, however, entering game two of Saturday's doubleheader with Assumption University with one out in the top of the first and went a career-long eight-and-two-thirds innings. He gave up five hits, while striking out five and walking just one, as the Penmen won, 3-0. Davis was named the NE10 Pitcher of the Week earlier Monday.

Marc Cisco - Baseball - Gr., IF
Marc Cisco (Long Island City, N.Y.) hit .455 (10-22) with five walks, a home run, four RBI and eight runs scored. Cisco, who also went 4-for-4 stealing bases, slashed .613/.636/1.249. Cisco delivered four multi-hit games, including in Wednesday's 14-13 victory against Saint Anselm College when he went 3-for-4 with a pair of walks, an RBI and a run scored.

Joel Valera - Baseball - Jr., IF
Joel Valera (Boston, Mass.) was 12-for-29 (.429) with a pair of home runs, nine RBI and eight runs scored. Valera was on base at a .448 clip and also racked up four doubles for a .786 slugging mark, as he put up an OPS of 1.234. He was 5-for-8 with four extra-base hits, seven RBI and five runs scored in Monday's doubleheader against AIC.

Jake Pisano - Baseball - Sr., OF
Jake Pisano (Hamden, Conn.) slashed .321/.387/.643/1.030, as he went 9-for-28 with three home runs, 13 RBI and 10 runs scored. In game one of Saturday's doubleheader with Assumption, Pisano went 2-for-3 with a walk, home run, six RBI and two runs scored, as the Penmen raced past the Greyhounds, 13-0.

Jake Lapham - Baseball - Sr., P
Jake Lapham (Lansingburgh, N.Y.) allowed six hits over nine shutout innings, while striking out eight and walking two in game one of Friday's twinbill against Assumption. He retired the final 10-in-a-row to end the game, which the Penmen won, 4-0.

Zak Whitney - Baseball - Fr., P
Zak Whitney (Keene, N.H.) gave up two runs on five hits, while striking out seven and walking one, over five-and-a-third innings, as SNHU defeated Assumption, 9-2, in the second game of Friday's doubleheader.

Alyssa Abbott - Softball - So., OF
Alyssa Abbott (Hudson, N.H.) hit .600 (9-15) and scored three runs, as she slashed .625/.600/1.225 in a 1-3 week for softball. Abbott had multiple hits in three of the four games, including a 4-for-5 performance in the final game of the series – a 9-8 loss in nine innings in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader.

Julianna Colbert - Softball - Jr., P
Julianna Colbert (Burrillville, R.I.) went 1-1 with a 2.00 ERA in two games in the circle against Adelphi. Both were complete games, including a 4-0 shutout in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader. For the week, Colbert worked 14.0 innings, allowing 10 hits, four earned runs, and notching 20 strikeouts.  

Kaysie DeMoura - Softball - Jr., IF
Kaysie DeMoura (Taunton, Mass.) went 5-for-10 (.500) with a double and three RBIs in four games against Adelphi. DeMoura also drew a pair of walks and was hit twice, giving her a .643 on-base percentage. She went a perfect 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles in the final game of the four-game set.

Joey Gallo - Men's Lacrosse - Jr., A
Joey Gallo (Derry, N.H.) scored a team-best four goals and also scooped up a team-high eight ground balls during an 0-2 week for men's lacrosse. Gallo found the back of the net in a 16-7 loss at Bentley University on Wednesday, before scoring a trio of goals and collecting six ground balls in a 17-10 defeat at fifth-ranked Pace University on Saturday.

Lasse Volquardsen - Men's Lacrosse - So., A
Lasse Volquardsen (Frankfurt, Germany) finished the week with four points, scoring a goal at Bentley and then adding two goals and an assist at Pace.

Tobey Desroches - Men's Lacrosse - Fr., A
Tobey Desroches (Nottingham, N.H.) scored a goal against the Falcons and then registered two goals and an assist versus the Setters.

Piper Knowlton - Women's Lacrosse - R-Fr., M
Piper Knowlton (Chester, N.H.) scored a pair of goals and dished an assist for three points in Tuesday's 15-8 loss at No. 15 Pace University.

Brynn Goulet - Women's Lacrosse - Sr., A
Brynn Goulet (Tyngsboro, Mass.) matched Knowlton with two goals and a helper.

Corrina Moulton - Women's Lacrosse - Jr., GK
Corrina Moulton (Barre, Vt.) stopped a career-high 19 of the 35 shots that came her way over the opening 49:39 at Pace. Moulton also corralled six ground balls and caused a turnover.

Lois Tsui - Women's Tennis - So.
Lois Tsui (Amsterdam, Netherlands) won both of her matches in a 5-2 loss at Adelphi on Friday for women's tennis. Tsui eked out a 6-4, 7-6 (10-6) win over Zuzanna Witkowska at No. 2 singles to keep the Penmen alive. She also teamed with junior Dajana Abadzic (Weinstadt, Germany) to double up Katarina Liedbeck and Roisin Boyd, 6-3, at the top doubles flight. That win evened doubles at 1-1, but the Penmen would lose the point in a tiebreaker at No. 2.
