Junior Dajana Abadzic (Weinstadt, Germany) and sophomore Lois Tsui (Amsterdam, Netherlands) were victorious at the top doubles flight, but the Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team ended their Florida trip with a 7-0 loss to Michigan Technological University on Thursday morning at the United States Tennis Association National Campus in Orlando.
NOTES
- SNHU had won seven of its last eight, including two-in-a-row, entering the match.
- Abadzic and Tsui downed Bella Bigari and Emily Rose, 6-2, at No. 1 to even the doubles score, 1-1.
- Freshman Eyglo Armannsdottir (Reykjavik, Iceland) forced a third-set tiebreaker at No. 5 singles, but fell to Rose, 6-3, 5-7, 10-8.
- This was the first meeting between the two programs.
