NO. ATTLEBORO, Mass. - Freshman Ross Wallace (Burlington, Mass.) was named Northeast 10 Male Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the second time this season on Tuesday.
Competing in the Men's 8k Gold Race at UMass Dartmouth on Saturday, Wallace turned in a time of 25:11, the 14th-fastest time in program history. Wallace was also the top Northeast 10 freshman in the race.
The Penmen are off until Friday, October 9, when they will run at the Hopkinton Cross Country Festival at the Hopkinton (N.H.) Fairgrounds.
