SOUTH EASTON, Mass. - Senior Sophia Saint Paul (Brockton, MA) of the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team was named the Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Week on Monday, while classmate Stef Young (Natick, MA) was named the league's Goalkeeper of the Week.  In addition, Nicole Ebner (Rochester, NY) was named to the league's weekly honor roll.

Saint Paul was instrumental in a pair of Penmen victories last week as SNHU upped its record to 5-1-1.  She scored three goals en route to her first career hat trick in a 4-1 win over Stonehill on Tuesday, then added an assist in a 2-0 win over American International on Sunday.  Saint Paul is SNHU's leading scorer with five goals and an assist on the season.

Young posted a .900 save percentage and 0.50 goals-against average last week.  She made five saves in a complete-game shutout win over AIC and stopped four shots in a 4-1 win over Stonehill.  With her third shutout of the season last week, Young moved into a tie for fifth place on SNHU's career shutout list with 11.  She currently ranks fifth in the NE-10 in GAA (1.08) and save percentage (.818).

Ebner totaled a goal and an assist in the win over Stonehill last week.  For the season, Ebner is tied for the team lead in assists with three and has five points.

SNHU returns to action Wednesday night when it hosts Bentley in a 7:00 match at Larkin Field.
