BOSTON - The
Southern New Hampshire University men's cross country team finished
47th overall at the New England Cross Country
Championship held at Boston's Franklin Park Saturday.
Senior Sam Tarrant
(Cleverdale, N.Y.) was the top Penmen finisher, as he traversed the
8K course in 30:06. Jason Bays (Cresco, Pa.)
posted a time of 30:45, while Kevin Coyle (Salem,
N.H.) finished two seconds behind Bays. Matt
Gray (Haverhill, Mass.) registered a 33:31 effort, while
Brian White (Windham, N.H.) posted a time of
33:31.
The SNHU men's cross country team
returns to action Sunday, October 25 when it competes in the
Northeast-10 Championship at Saint Michael's College.
