NCAA SELECTION SHOWS
MANCHESTER, N.H.
–The NCAA will announce the fields for the 2011 NCAA Division
II Men's and Women's Tennis Championships via a pair of
online selection shows on Tuesday, April 26. The
women's selection show will air at 7:00 pm, while the
men's selection show will air at 8:00 pm. Both
selection shows will be available at ncaa.com.
The Southern New Hampshire
University women's tennis team is already assured it will be
making its third straight NCAA appearance by virtue of its
automatic bid for winning the Northeast-10 Tournament championship
on Saturday. The Penmen men, who fell to Bentley University
5-4 in their NE-10 championship match Saturday, are hoping to
receive their first-ever at-large bid to the 48-team field.
