SNHU held an early 9-6 lead following a steal and layup by Sara Ryan (Quincy, Mass.), but a 14-2 Stonehill run capped by a Tori Faieta three with 9:53 to go in the first half gave the guests a 20-11 lead.  The Skyhawks opened up a 42-23 lead 47 seconds before halftime on a Dixon three, but SNHU's Emily O'Callaghan (Cork, Ireland) banked home a three as time wound down in the first half to make it a 42-26 game at the break.

The Penmen outscored Stonehill 17-11 over the first nine minutes of the second half, with a steal and layup by Rocha at the 11:17 mark making it a 53-43 game.  The Skyhawks used a 7-0 spurt to open up a 60-43 lead with 8:40 left, and maintained a double-digit advantage the rest of the way.

Stonehill shot 60% (18-30) in the first half and 51.6% for the game while knocking down 11 of its 20 three-point attempts.  SNHU shot 41.9% for the game, but was just 2-11 behind the arc.  The Penmen held a 36-30 rebounding advantage on the afternoon.
