Lindsay Dobecki scored a pair of goals, and Mary McNeil and Delaney Yule each added a goal and an assist to power No. 6 Merrimack College to a 6-0 win over Southern New Hampshire University in Northeast-10 Conference field hockey action on Thursday night. The Warriors improve to 11-2 and 7-1 in the NE-10, while the Penmen shift to 2-12 and 0-9 in conference play.

Merrimack opened the scoring 10:41 into the contest when Taylor Simpson found the back of the cage, and the Warriors increased their lead to a pair on McNeil's 10th of the year just under 11 minutes later. Dobecki closed out the first half scoring when she pushed a loose ball across the goal line with 7:28 remaining to stake the visitors to a 3-0 advantage at the intermission.

Yule tallied her first of the season at 17:26 of the second to make it a 4-0 game before Dobecki tipped in a feed from McNeil with 11:25 left in regulation. Rylie Hammond closed out the scoring 1:04 later off a feed from Yule to give Merrimack the 6-0 decision.

Sophomore Jill Piacitelli (East Greenwich, R.I.) registered 10 saves for Southern New Hampshire in the setback while her counterpart, Madison Davis, stopped six shots to earn the shutout. Freshman Cassidy Huckins (Boscawen, N.H.) led the Penmen offense with a pair of shots on goal.

Notes:
 - Piacitelli now has 132 saves this season, eclipsing the previous single-season record of 125 set by senior Cassandra Nickerson (Newton, N.H.) during the 2014 campaign.
 - The Warriors held a 21-10 lead in shots and a 9-4 edge in penalty corners.
