Notes: Southern New Hampshire aims to build off a bounce-back season in 2016, which saw the Penmen make its third Northeast-10 Championship semifinal appearance in four seasons…SNHU welcomes back 67-percent of its goal scoring production from a season ago and graduate student Joe Collins (Mansfield, Mass.), who missed all but three games during the 2015-16 campaign due to injury…Collins is a three-time All-Northeast-10 Conference selection and a two-time First Team All-NE-10 choice…senior Jay Sylvia (Acushnet, Mass.) is also back after totaling 18 points on six goals and 12 assists, while junior Kyle Valliere (Goffstown, N.H.) returns after scoring a dozen goals and assisting on four others in his sophomore season…junior Ryan Slatky (Manchester, N.H.) is back between the pipes after a solid second year, which saw him turn in a .917 save-percentage and a 3.33 goals against average in 1063:29…Southern New Hampshire kicks off its 2016-17 campaign on Friday when it heads to Fitchburg State University for a 7 o'clock puck drop.
