MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University softball team's doubleheader at Bentley University, scheduled for Wednesday, April 26, has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be made up Sunday, April 30 at Bentley (12/2 p.m.).
Because Northeast-10 policy requires divisional games to be played, SNHU was forced to cancel its Sunday doubleheader with non-conference foe Mercy College that had been scheduled to air on NESNplus and NESN National. Those games will not be made up at a later date. Because of this, the team will now hold its Senior Day on Saturday, April 29 (12 p.m.) against Assumption College.
In addition, SNHU's Thursday, April 27 contest against Stonehill College at the SNHU Softball Field has been moved up 30 minutes to a 4:30 p.m. first pitch in order to accommodate a Stonehill/Bentley game afterward at 6:30 p.m.
