MANCHESTER, N.H. - Fresh off its second Northeast-10 Championship last season, the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team will be directing traffic for the 2018 conference crown through Manchester. Unlike last year when the team captured the title on Larkin Field, SNHU will be looking to open its new home in style and bring that same level of success to Penmen Stadium. The Penmen kick off the season Friday, Aug. 31 (1 p.m.) when they take on Mercy College in a neutral-site match at the University of Bridgeport in the first of three straight road games to begin the year. The team plays host to Le Moyne College on Saturday, Sept. 8 (7 p.m.) in its home opener.

"We look forward to preparing our team to compete this season," said head coach Elie Monteiro. "We've put together a very challenging schedule, which we're very excited about."
