Junior Hélène Servais (Brussels, Belgium) tallied five points and was one of six different Penmen to find the back of the cage Wednesday, as the ninth-ranked Southern New Hampshire University field hockey team eased past Southern Connecticut State University, 7-1, for its sixth consecutive victory.

STANDOUT PERFORMERS

• Servais scored a pair of goals, including what proved to be the game-winner, while assisting on a third to reach the 30-point plateau for the first time in her career.
• Sophomore Emily Campbell (Raynham, Mass.) turned in a three-point effort with a goal and a helper.

KEY MOMENT

• After senior Alison Hildreth (Hampton, N.H.) opened the scoring at 2:17 of the first, Servais buried the game-winner with eight minutes remaining, as she took a feed from Campbell and hammered a shot home to the bottom left corner.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

• Southern New Hampshire used a three-goal run to open the second half to put the game out of reach. Freshman Lisa Hagel (Driehuis, The Netherlands) opened the scoring 5:12 into the third before Campbell extended the lead to four 41 seconds later. Servais completed the run at 9:39 with her second of the evening on a reverse sweep from the left side.
• Senior Laura van der Doorn (Beverwijk, The Netherlands) buried her 12^th goal of the season 3:22 into the fourth quarter to move into a tie for the Northeast-10 lead.
• Sophomore Cameron Whelan (Seabrook, N.H.) capped the games scoring with 1:16 remaining to answer the Owls' lone goal of the contest at 10:36 of the final frame.
• The Penmen outshot Southern Connecticut, 24-3, over the duration of the contest and put 17 shots on frame compared to just one by the hosts.
• SNHU worked nine penalty corners, all of which occurred in the first three quarters of action, while surrendering five in the first half.

NOTES

• Southern New Hampshire matches its season-high win streak at six. SNHU rattled off six-straight from September 8 through September 25, and after falling in back-to-back games, the Penmen have gone unbeaten since October 4. 
• Servais' 30 points are tops in the Northeast-10 Conference this season. She sits second in goals (11) behind van der Doorn and Assumption College's Deirdre Burchill, and leads the league in assists with eight. 
• Servais becomes just the second Penmen in program history to reach the 30-point mark. She joins Cassidy Huckins '19, who earned All-America status when she accomplished the feat a season ago.
• Southern New Hampshire has four of the top-six scorers in the Northeast-10 this season. van der Doorn is third in the NE10 with 28 points, just two behind Servais, while Campbell and Hagel are both tied for sixth with 23 points apiece.
• Hagel's 23 points extends her Penmen freshman scoring record. Hagel topped the previous mark of 19 points, which was set by Servais in 2017.

• Southern New Hampshire returns home to Larkin Field for a crucial Northeast-10 Conference matchup Saturday when it hosts No. 7 Assumption College at 1 p.m.
