Nicole Ham Joins Penmen Staff as Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Southern New Hampshire University Director of Athletics Anthony Fallacaro announced Friday that Nicole Ham has been hired as Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance. She will begin her duties May 20.

In her role, Ham will be charged with handling the compliance operations for the department's 19 NCAA Division II and Northeast-10 intercollegiate sports, as well as additional administrative duties.

"We are very pleased that Nicole will be joining our leadership team in Penmen Athletics," Fallacaro said. "Nicole's experience as a former athlete, coach, and compliance administrator in the NE10 Conference make her a natural fit for this position. We have a strong commitment to compliance at SNHU and Nicole's similar belief in our core values make this a great hire for our department."

Ham comes to Manchester from a short drive across 101, after spending the last two years as the Compliance Coordinator at fellow Northeast-10 institution Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H. Ham oversaw all compliance operations for the Ravens' 26 varsity intercollegiate sports and also served as one of the institution's representatives on the NE10's Committee of Sports Administration (CSA). Additionally, Ham was FPU's interim women's lacrosse head coach during the 2019 season.

"I am excited to take the next step of my career at Southern New Hampshire University, and I thank Anthony Fallacaro, Tom Wilkins and the search committee for giving me this opportunity," Ham said. "It is an exciting time of growth at SNHU. I look forward to being a part of it and working with the talented Penmen student-athletes and coaches."

Ham also has experience in the NE10 as a student-athlete, starting for four years as a member of Franklin Pierce's women's lacrosse team. Ham, under her maiden name of Nicole Dale, racked up 96 career points for the Ravens on 72 goals.

A native of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Ham is a two-time graduate of Franklin Pierce, with a Bachelor's degree in business management in 2016 and a Master's degree in leadership in 2018.
