Q: I have a pool membership. Can I use the pool for open swim time?
A: No. The pool facility, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, will be CLOSED.
Q: When will the pool re-open?
A: As of now, the pool will remain closed until June 30, 2021, to anyone holding a current SNHU pool membership. However, we will evaluate the status of the health concerns and will update everyone prior to June 30.
Q: I have a pool membership. Can I use other areas of the facility, such as the Fitness Center or gymnasium?
A: No. The facility is closed, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, at 4 p.m., until further notice.
Q: What about the membership I paid for? Can I receive a refund?

Q: When will the Athletic Complex be open?

Q: Can I still bring a guest into the facility?

Q: I am a member of the SNHU community and want to come to play basketball or soccer. Can I still do that?
A: No. The facility is closed, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, at 4 p.m., until further notice.
Q: I am a member of the SNHU community. Can I use the racquetball court?
A: No. The facility is closed, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, at 4 p.m., until further notice.
Q: I am a member of the SNHU community. Can I play tennis on the outdoor tennis courts or use the track during this time?
A: No. Penmen Stadium, including the tennis courts and track, are currently closed.
Q: Are the intercollegiate student-athletes still on campus and competing?
A: No. The Northeast-10 Conference officially suspended league-sponsored competition and championships through December 31, 2020, effective July 16.
Q: Are club sports still taking place?
A: No. Club sports are also canceled from an in-person standpoint until further notice. However, clubs can still communicate and meet, virtually.
Q: Can I take a group exercise class or continue playing intramurals?
A: Group exercise classes have been moved online, while Campus Rec is offering a variety of intramural Esports opportunities throughout the semester. Follow the @EsportsSnhu Discord to stay up-to-date.
