Women's NE10 Championship Shifted Due To Weather, Penmen Will Play Monday

Top-seed SNHU will host game at Stan Spirou Field House Monday at 6 p.m.

MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's basketball team's NE10 championship game scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 27 at the Stan Spirou Field House has been moved to Monday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. The move was made because of the impending snow storm affecting all of the northeast.

The Penmen (21-5, 15-4) won the Northeast Division, and host a quarterfinal game against the winner of #5 Assumption and #4 Southern Connecticut, to be played on Saturday.

The Northeast-10 Men's Basketball championship has also been shifted back a day, with the Penmen playing at the College of Saint Rose on Saturday, instead of Friday.
