AJ Cavotta (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) each shot a +2 72 to lift the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team to a 290-301 win over Saint Anselm College in a dual match at Derryfield Country Club on Wednesday afternoon.
INDIVIDUAL PERFORMERS
- Freshman Jack Pepin (Plaistow, N.H.) and junior Jeff Liss (Port St. Lucie, Fla.) rounded out Penmen's scoring four with +3, 73's.
- Freshman Alex Korkuc (So. Setauket, N.Y.) fired a +10 (80) and did not factor in scoring.
- Sophomore Nick Tufts (Auburn, N.H.) shot 77 playing as an individual
- Junior Jared Mscisz (Danvers, Mass.) shot 74 playing as an individual.
- Cameron Sheedy (Nashua, N.H.) shot a 78 playing as an individual.
NOTES
- The Penmen are ranked first in the most recent NCAA East Regional rankings, while the Hawks rank 10th.
WHAT'S NEXT
- SNHU concludes the regular season April 10-11 at the Showcase Invitational at Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor, N.Y. This course will serve as the host to the 2022 NCAA East Regional.
