Men's Golf 18th With 18 Holes to Play at NCAA Atlantic/East Regional

Dully turns in top Penmen round with a 74

Senior Sean Dully (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) carded a 4-over 74 in Friday's second round of the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship, as the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team sits in 18th place with the final round coming up Saturday at the Sunnehanna Country Club.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMERS
  • Dully takes three strokes off his opening-round 77 and sits at 151 through 36 holes.
  • Sophomore Sam Maurice (Auburn, N.H.), who had the top round for the Penmen on Thursday with a 71, turned in a 78 and is tied for 44th with a 149.
  • Freshman Gavin Richardson (Concord, N.H.) matched Maurice's 78 and has a two-round total of 155.
  • Sophomore Stephen Ramos (Danville, N.H.) shot 79 to total a 154 through the two rounds.
NOTES
  • Sophomore Andrew Surprenant (Boscawen, N.H.) had his 80 dropped from the team score. He has a two-round total of 154.
  • Wheeling University (574) moved into first place and leads day-one leader Gannon University (576) by two shots.
  • Gannon's Rasmus Seppanen (67/72) sits atop the individual leaderboard by one stroke at 1-under 139.
  • The NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship is comprised of 126 golfers from 28 different institutions.

  • The final round of the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championship takes place Saturday (May 9). The Penmen tee off at 7:30 a.m.
