Senior Matt Conti (Walpole, Mass.) and freshman Sean Dully (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) each carded a 72 in the final round of the Franklin Pierce University Fall Invitational on Monday, as the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team placed third at Northern Spy Golf Club.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMERS

• Conti's 72, paired with his opening-round 70, placed him 10th with a 142.
• Dully, who shot a 74 Sunday, shaved two strokes off in his final round to tie for 14th with a 146.
• Senior Jeff Liss (Port St. Lucie, Fla.) tied for 18th with a 147, as he added a final-round 74 to his 73 from Sunday.
• Junior Alex Korkuc (So. Setauket, N.Y.), who had his 83 dropped in the opening round, was six strokes better Monday, using a 77 to total a 160.

NOTES

• Sophomore Jack Pepin (Plaistow, N.H.), who exited the opening round tied for third after firing a 69, shot a 79 in the final round and tied for 21st with a 148.
• SNHU, which led Assumption University by eight shots after the opening round, finished four strokes behind host and winner Franklin Pierce, as well as one stroke behind Assumption.
• Dominican (N.Y.) College's Alejandro Gomez earned individual medalist honors with a 4-under 136 (67/69).
• Conti's eight birdies were the fifth most for an individual in the tournament.
• The Franklin Pierce Fall Invitational was comprised of 84 golfers from 16 different institutions.
