Senior Alex Korkuc (So. Setauket, N.Y.) carded a 73 in the second round Monday, as the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team returned for the first tournament of its spring schedule and is 18th at the Ralph Hargett Memorial Invitational at Rolling Hills Country Club.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMERS

• Korkuc opened with an 82 in the first round, before shooting the 73 to finish with a 155.
• Senior Nick Tufts (Auburn, N.H.) is just behind with a 159, after tallying a 78 in the first round and an 81 in the second.
• Sophomore Sean Dully (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) recorded an 83 in the first round and came back with a 77, which was the second-best score of the second round for the Penmen, for a two-round total of 160.
• Sophomore Evan Rollins (Laconia, N.H.) paced the Penmen in the first round with a 77, but had his 84 in the second round dropped from the team score, as he finished with a 161.
• Junior Jack Pepin (Plaistow, N.H.) also totaled up a 161 with an 83 in the opening round and a 78 in the second.

NOTES

• Grand Valley State University (560) is in first place by 11 strokes over Tusculum University (571).
• Grand Valley's Drew Coble (67/70) sits atop the individual leaderboard at 7-under 137, which is three strokes ahead of teammates Manuel Cue (73/67) and Nick Krueger (72/68), who are both at 4-under 140.
• The Ralph Hargett Memorial Invitational is comprised of 96 golfers from 18 different institutions.
