Female Athlete of the Week: Peyton Feldman - Softball - So., OF
Peyton Feldman (Foxborough, Mass.) hit .467 (14-30) with a home run, seven RBI and seven runs scored during a 6-2 week for softball. She also hit three doubles and walked three times, as she slashed .515/.667/1.172. Feldman had four multi-hit games, including a 4-for-4 performance in a 9-3, game-one victory at American International College on Saturday in which she homered, drove in two and scored a pair of runs. She was named the NE10 Player of the Week earlier Monday.

Male Athlete of the Week: Jack Pepin - Men's Golf - Jr.
Jack Pepin (Plaistow, N.H.) had his best round of the spring with an even-par 72 in the final round of the Penmen Spring Invitational on Tuesday to tie for 15th with a 3-over 147. He followed that up by capturing individual medalist honors at the Hawk Invitational on Thursday with a 1-under 141, as he opened with a tournament-best 70 and finished with a 71. The Penmen finished fifth at the Penmen Spring Invite and first at the Hawk Invitational.

Notes:
- Baseball went 2-3 last week, defeating Saint Anselm College, 9-4, Wednesday, before being swept in a doubleheader by Pace University on Saturday and halving a twin bill with Adelphi University on Sunday.
- Freshman Joel Valera (Boston, Mass.) went 4-for-10 (.400) with three extra-base hits, including a home run, five RBI, three runs and a pair of walks during the week. Valera slashed .500/.900/1.400 in his three games, during which SNHU was 2-1. He went 1-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, a run and a walk against Saint Anselm, and was then 3-for-7 with two RBI, two runs scored and a pair of doubles in the Adelphi doubleheader.
- Junior Harry Vargas Segura (Bronx, N.Y.) hit .333 (6-18) with three RBI and five runs score. He walked four times to bolster a .478 on-base percentage and also swiped five bags. Vargas Segura went 1-for-2 with two runs, a pair of walks and a steal in a 5-3 win over Adelphi in game two.
- Sophomore Dyrenson Wouters (Oranjestad, Aruba) hit .300 (6-20) with a home run, four RBI  and four runs scored. He was 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in a 7-3 game-one loss to Pace.
- Senior Jorge Burgos (Santo Domingo, D.R.) knocked in four runs and scored four runs, as he went 5-for-17 (.294) at the plate. He was 2-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored in a 5-4 loss to the Setters in game two.
- Sophomore Frankie DeMaro (Newburgh, N.Y.) received a no-decision in game two against Adelphi, despite firing three-and-two-thirds shutout innings, giving up five hits and walking three.
- Senior Griffin Gilbert (Concord, N.H.) produced a 3.68 ERA and 1.09 WHIP over 7.1 innings during a pair of relief appearances. SNHU went 1-1 in the two games, as Gilbert allowed three runs on four hits, while striking out eight and walking four.
- Freshman Jack Davis (LaGrangeville, N.Y.) ate up four innings in relief in the first game against Pace, allowing just one run on three hits, while striking out four and walking a pair.

Notes:
- Softball went 6-2 last week, sweeping doubleheaders at Saint Michael's College (Tuesday), American International College (Saturday) and the College of Saint Rose (Sunday), while being swept at home by Bentley University on Wednesday in a pair of one-run losses.
- Sophomore Peyton Feldman (Foxborough, Mass.) hit .467 (14-30) with a home run, seven RBI and seven runs scored. She also hit three doubles and walked three times, as she slashed .515/.667/1.172. Feldman had four multi-hit games, including a 4-for-4 performance in a 9-3, game-one victory at AIC in which she homered, drove in two and scored a pair of runs. - Senior Bella Dickinson (Scarborough, Maine) batted .400 (10-25) with five RBI and three runs scored, while walking five times to bolster a .500 OBP.
- Senior Ari Ferrier (Middleboro, Mass.) went 7-for-21 (.333) with a home run, two RBI, six runs scored and a .440/.524./.964 slash line.
- Sophomore Abby Lineman (Doylestown, Pa.) was 7-for-25 (.280) with a home run, six RBI, four runs scored and five walks, slashing .400/.560/.960.
- Junior Mackenzie Bruggeman (Trumbull, Conn.) finished the week 6-for-22 (.273) with three homer, nine RBI, four runs scored and four walks, while recording a slash line of .370/.682/1.052.
- Senior Leine McKechnie (Passadumkeag, Maine) went 3-1 with a save and a 1.91 ERA in 22 innings over five outings, including four starts. She gave up just 15 hits, while fanning 19. She fired five scoreless frames, relinquishing just three hits, while striking out six and walking two, in a 9-0 shutout of Saint Michael's in game one.
- Junior Amelia Freitas (Plymouth, Mass.) was 1-0 with a save and 1.35 ERA, allowing two runs on eight hits, while striking out five and walking three over 10-and-a-third innings in four appearances. She notched three scoreless relief outings, including in a 6-4, eight-inning victory in game two against Saint Michael's when she earned the win by tossing one-and-a-third hitless innings, striking out a pair and walking one.

Notes:
- Women's lacrosse went 2-0 last week, defeating Franklin Pierce University, 21-7, Tuesday, before setting new program single-game records for goals and goals in a half (21) in Saturday's 26-11 victory over American International College.
- Graduate student Katelyn Hadden (Newburyport, Mass.) registered 15 points on eight goals and seven assists. She also added eight ground balls, two draw controls and caused five turnovers. Hadden tallied four goals, two assists, two draw controls and three caused turnovers against Franklin Pierce, and then notched four goals, a career-high five assists, seven ground balls and two caused turnovers versus American International. Hadden was chosen as the NE10 Player of the Week earlier Monday.
- Graduate student Angelina Graziano (Riverhead, N.Y.) recorded 14 points on eight goals and six assists. She had five goals and a helper against FPU, and then scored three times and dished a career-best five assists versus AIC.
- Cole also collected 14 points on nine goals and five assists, while grabbing four ground balls. She tallied three goals and three assists against the Ravens, and then scored a season-high six goals and handed out a pair of helpers versus the Yellow Jackets.
- Senior Alexis DeLucia (Uncasville, Conn.) caused five turnovers, collected six ground balls and won 14 draw controls, while contributing two goals and two assists on offense.
- Freshman Nicole Mirra (Cicero, N.Y.) stopped 12 of the 23 shots she faced during the week. She earned the win against the Ravens, as she made nine saves on 16 shots. Mirra entered in relief to begin the second half of the victory over the Yellow Jackets and turned away three of seven shots.
- Senior goalkeeper Megan Petko (Monroe, N.Y.) stopped two of nine shots in the first half against AIC.

Notes:
- Men's lacrosse halted a three-game slide with an 11-10 victory over Franklin Pierce University on Saturday.
- Freshman Ryan Lynch (Derry, N.H.) scored three goals, dished an assist and gathered three ground balls.
- Graduate student Ryan Auger (Hampstead, N.H.) also notched four points with a goal and three assists.
- Senior Jack Terrones (Anaheim, Calif.) recorded two goals and a pair of helpers.
Graduate student Cam Cote (Saco, Maine) tallied a goal, an assist and five ground ball.
- Graduate student Gennaro Marra (Hampstead, N.H.) was 16-for-22 on faceoffs and collected 10 ground balls.
- Senior Ronan DePaul (Elkton, Md.) made 11 saves on 21 shots.


Women's Track & Field

Notes:
- Women's track & field competed Saturday at the George Davis Invitational, which featured no team scoring at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
- Senior Kelsey Seamans (Methuen, Mass.) finished third in the 5000-meter run in 18:19.53. The time was a season mark and her best since finishing second at the 2023 George Davis.
- Freshman Deirdre Bailat (Billerica, Mass.) wound up sixth in the 5000 with a new personal best of 18:23.01.
- Freshman Kayla Franks (Derry, N.H.) placed sixth in the javelin with a new PR of 40.55m.
Junior Morgan Cooledge (Westbrook, Maine) put up a personal best in the javelin while finishing 10th at 35.87m.
- Sophomore Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) turned in a personal best in the 1500 at 5:07.34.

- Men's tennis went 2-0 last week with a 6-1 victory against Bentley University on Tuesday and a 4-3 edging of Franklin Pierce University on Saturday.
- Junior Jonathan Berling (Moss, Norway) went 3-1, including 2-0 at No. 1 singles. Berling was a 6-4, 6-4 winner over Bentley's Max Bonte and then breezed by Franklin Pierce's Joe Herin, 6-1, 6-1. Berling teamed with graduate student Aron Ouwejan (Wervershoof, Netherlands) at No. 3 doubles for a 6-4 win over FPU's Preston Gordon and Orlando Guerrero. Berling and Ouwejan suffered a 7-6 (7-5) loss to Bentley's Ansh Chadha and Diego Ramos at No. 3 doubles.

- Men's golf finished fifth at its Penmen Spring Invitational at Beaver Meadow Golf Course in Concord, N.H., on Monday and Tuesday, before capturing Saint Anselm College's Hawk Invitational on Thursday at The Oaks Golf Links in Somersworth, N.H.
- Junior Jack Pepin (Plaistow, N.H.) had his best round of the spring with an even-par 72 in the final round of the Penmen Spring Invite to tie for 15th with a 3-over 147. Completed Seasons

Women's Soccer (10-5-5, 5-2-4 NE10)

Notes:
- Women's soccer finished 10-5-5, including 5-2-4 in the NE10, as they earned the No. 3 seed for the NE10 Championship and advanced to the semifinal round, before suffering a 1-0 loss to second-seeded Adelphi University.
- SNHU earned its ninth NCAA Championship berth, including its sixth straight, collecting the No. 5 seed in the East Region. The Penmen were victorious in their first-round matchup with fourth-seeded Roberts Wesleyan University (2-0), eventually seeing their season draw to a close with a 2-0 second-round loss to the top-ranked College of Saint Rose.
- Sophomore Carly Schofield (Plymouth, Mass.) and senior Alyssa Anderson (Londonderry, N.H.) were selected to the NE10 All-Conference First Team. Senior Kassidy Michael (Manheim, Pa.) collected a Second Team honor, while graduate student Victoria Roulston (E. Falmouth, Mass.) was named to the Third Team. Freshman Liv Gantelius (Lidingoe, Sweden) claimed an All-Rookie Team.


Men's Soccer (10-6-4, 4-5-1 NE10)

Notes:
- Men's soccer closed its season with a 10-6-4 mark, including 4-5-1 in the NE10. The team, which began the season with a six-match unbeaten streak (4-0-2), became just the second No. 7 seed in the history of the NE10 Championship to reach the title match, falling to top-ranked Franklin Pierce University on penalty kicks, 6-5, after battling to a 1-1 draw.
- SNHU secured its 23rd NCAA tournament berth and first since 2016, earning the No. 9 seed in Super Region 1, but fell to eighth-seeded Bloomsburg University, 2-1, in the opening round.
- Sophomore Iago Perez (Oleiros, Spain), senior Nicolas Gonzalez (Santander, Spain) and junior Preston Neal (Windham, N.H.) all earned NE10 All-Conference Second Team honors. Graduate student Rafa Escobedo (Santander, Spain) collected Third Team recognition, while sophomore Tyler Kraft (Londonderry, N.H.) received an All-Rookie Team nod.


Women's Volleyball (13-13, 6-5 NE10)

Notes:
-  Women's volleyball finished 13-13, including 6-5 in league play, as they claimed the No. 5 seed and upset fourth-seeded American International College in five sets in the quarterfinals of the NE10 Championship. After dropping another five-set decision in the semifinals at top-seeded Adelphi University, SNHU received its second straight NCAA Championship berth as the No. 6 seed in the East Region and suffered yet another five-set defeat to third-seeded Bentley University in the quarterfinals.
- Redshirt-senior Ana Pimenta (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) became the first student-athlete in program history to earn All-America, All-Region and All-Conference First Team. Pimenta was chosen as an AVCA All-America Honorable Mention, AVCA East All-Region First Team and NE10 All-Conference First Team.


Field Hockey (10-8, 9-4 NE10)

Notes:
- Field hockey shook off a 1-3 start to win nine of its next 14 contests to end the regular season and earn the No. 5 seed for the NE10 Championship. The Penmen wound up suffering a 1-0 defeat at fourth-seeded Pace University in the quarterfinal round.
- The Penmen posted a signature win at home Oct. 4, defeating fifth-ranked Saint Anselm College, 4-1, for the first win over the Hawks in program history. SNHU had lost 16 straight to its cross-town rival.
- Freshman Minke van de Poll (Oosterbeek, Netherlands) was named the NE10 Rookie of the Year and landed a spot on the All-Conference First Team, setting a new program mark for goals by a first-year player with 14, which led the team.
- van de Poll was joined on the First Team by junior Annemartine Christis ('s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands). Sophomore Anne Wiersma (Velhoven, Netherlands) earned Second Team honors, junior Eliza Bates (Newport, N.H.) claimed a Third Team accolade and freshman Jade Hendriks (Huissen, The Netherlands) received an All-Rookie Team nod.


Cross Country

Notes:
- Women's cross country put together another stellar season, as it finished by qualifying for the NCAA National Championship for the third time in program history. The team placed fourth at the NE10 Championship, with senior Kelsey Seamans (Methuen, Mass.) slotting in fourth to earn NE10 All-Conference First Team honors. Sophomore Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) and senior Kaitlyn O'Rourke (Braintree, Mass.) collected Second Team recognition. The team finished third at the NCAA East Regional Championship, punching its ticket to Nationals for the second consecutive season. Seamans was eighth, overall. The Penmen finished in 33rd place in Joplin, Mo.
- The men were sixth at the NE10 Championship, with junior Carter Sylvester (Northwood, N.H.) earning Second-Team All-Conference with a 12th-place run. The team was also seventh at the NCAA East Regional Championship, as Sylvester posted a new personal best to finish 13th.

Women's Basketball (17-11, 15-7 NE10)

Notes:
- Women's basketball won 17 of its first 22 games, earning the No. 4 seed in the NE10 Championship, before falling at home to fifth-seeded Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinal round.
- SNHU claimed its third straight NCAA Championship berth, garnering the No. 5-seed. It met 30-1 Thomas Jefferson University and fell, 91-89, in overtime.
- Graduate student Adriana Timberlake (Braintree, Mass.) was crowned a Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Coaches' All-American. After earning Honorable Mention last season, she is the first two-time All-American in program history and the first to make the 10-member Coaches' team since 1990. Timberlake, who started all 28 games this season, tallying 18.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.8 steals per contest, while shooting 41.7 percent (183-439) from the field, 31.6 percent (54-171) from long range and 73.1 percent (95-130) at the stripe, was also a Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) East All-Region First Team selection, the NE10 Player of the Year and an NE10 All-Conference First Teamer for the second consecutive season.
- Senior Jess Knight (Hanover, Mass.) captured NE10 Second Team accolades and freshman Abby Wager (Mansfield, Mass.) received an All-Rookie Team nod. 


Men's Basketball (24-11, 13-9 NE10)

Notes:
- Men's basketball put together its best season in nearly a decade, finishing with 24 wins for the first time since 2014-15. The Penmen finished a the fifth seed in the NE10, but captured their third NE10 title and first since 2016. SNHU kept it rolling, capturing its eighth NCAA regional crown and first since 2015 to reach the Elite Eight. That victory extended the Penmen win streak to 10 and gave them seven consecutive postseason wins for the first time in program history.
- SNHU, the seventh seed in Evansville, Ind., held a 17-point lead early in the second half, but second-seeded and top-ranked Nova Southeastern University chipped away and eventually secured a 68-60 victory in the NCAA Championship National Quarterfinals.
- Graduate student Matt Becht (Vienna, Va.) collected National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) East All-District First Team, Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) East All-Region First Team, NE10 All-Conference First Team, College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team and NE10 Academic All-Conference honors this season. He started all 35 games, netting 16.4 points on 43.7 percent (179-410) shooting from the field, including 44.8 percent (129-288) from behind the arc, and 89.7 percent (87-97) from the stripe. Becht, who was named the NCAA East Regional Championship and NE10 Championship Most Outstanding Player, led the nation in 3-pointers made and ranked eighth in 3-point field goal percentage.
- Junior Derrick Grant Jr. (Plainfield, N.J.) received an NE10 All-Defensive Team nod. He averaged 1.1 blocks per game, while posting career highs in scoring (10.4) and rebounding (6.0).


Men's Ice Hockey (14-14-2, 10-9-1 NE10)

Notes:
- SNHU ice hockey advanced to the Northeast-10 Championship game and suffered a heartbreaking, 3-2 loss in double-overtime at Assumption University.
- The Penmen finished third in the conference and recorded playoff wins over No. 6 seed Post University (4-1) in the first round and at second-seeded Saint Michael's College (5-1) in the semifinals.
- Sophomore Brendan Lynch (Nepean, Ontario) led the Penmen in scoring with eight goals and 18 assists for 26 points this season. 
- Sophomore Kurt Watson (London, Ontario) finished as the team's top goal scorer with 13.
- Senior Matt Amante (West Hempstead, N.Y.) had 12 goals and 13 assists for 25 points.
- Freshman Collin Berke (Crofton, Md.) was named to the Northeast-10 All-Rookie Team. He played in 15 games for the Penmen, including starts in both playoff wins over Post and Saint Michael's.  Berke made a school record 72 saves in the NE10 Championship game.
