Female Athlete of the Week: Julianna Colbert - Softball - Jr, P.
Julianna Colbert (Burrillville, R.I.) went 3-1 with a 0.32 ERA during a 4-2 week for softball. She gave up just one run in 22 innings pitched, allowing just 13 hits, while striking out 32. She lost, 1-0, last Tuesday to Saint Anselm College after allowing one run and striking out eight in seven innings, but bounced back with a 7-0 shutout of the Hawks on Thursday with 12 punchouts, and a 2-0 win over American International College on Saturday in which she fanned 10 in a three-hit performance. Colbert also pitched a scoreless 11th inning to earn the win in Saturday's second game against the Yellow Jackets. She was crowned the NE10 Pitcher of the Week for the third time earlier Monday.

Male Athlete of the Week: Joel Valera - Baseball - Jr., IF
Joel Valera (Boston, Mass.) went 9-for-16 (.563) with three home runs, eight RBI and nine runs scored during a 4-1 week for 22nd-ranked baseball. Seven of his nine hits went for extra bases and he also drew six walks to craft a slash line of .682/1.375/2.057. Valera was 6-for-8 with a walk, three doubles, a pair of home runs, six RBI and four runs scored in Friday's doubleheader split with Adelphi University. He was selected as the NE10 Player of the Week earlier Monday.

Kyle Lavigne - Baseball - Sr., C
Kyle Lavigne (Bedford, N.H.) went 9-for-15 (.600) with two home runs, three RBI and a pair of runs scored, while slashing .684/1.067/1.751. He was 4-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in a 24-0 win at Saint Anselm College on Wednesday.

Dakota Britt - Baseball - Sr., OF
Dakota Britt (Rockwall, Texas) hit .429 (9-21) with two home runs, five RBI and eight runs scored. He was on base at a .500 clip and slugged .810 for a 1.310 OPS. Britt had three multi-hit games, including a 4-for-7 performance at Saint Anselm in which he homered twice, knocked in four runs and scored four times.

Casey Cumiskey - Baseball - Jr., IF
Casey Cumiskey (Milltown, N.J.) went deep three times to reclaim the team lead in home runs, in addition to driving in six and scoring eight times. He went 7-for-21 (.333) and slugged .905. He was 3-for-6 with a home run, two doubles, an RBI and two runs scored at Saint Anselm. Cumiskey also went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and three runs scored in Friday's 22-1 win over Adelphi University in game two.

Shane McNamara - Baseball - Gr., OF
Shane McNamara (Londonderry, N.H.) followed up his 15-RBI week with 10 more, as he hit .316 (6-19), homered and scored six times. In the 22-1 win over the Panthers, he finished 3-for-6 with a walk, six RBI and three runs scored.

Noah Wachter - Baseball - Gr., P
Noah Wachter (Concord, N.H.) tossed five-and-two-thirds shutout innings over a pair of appearances, allowing just two hits, while striking out six and walking a pair. He worked two-and-two-thirds innings at Saint Anselm, relinquishing just one hit, while punching out three and walking one. Wachter collected the win in a 6-5 come-from-behind victory in game two of Saturday's doubleheader against Adelphi with three shutout innings, giving up just one hit, while fanning three and walking one. 

Jake Lapham - Baseball - Sr., P
Jake Lapham (Lansingburgh, N.Y.) received a no-decision in Friday's 4-3 loss to Adelphi in game one, as he allowed two runs – both unearned – on four hits over seven innings.

Zak Whitney - Baseball - Fr., P
Zak Whitney (Keene, N.H.) went the distance in Friday's 22-1 win over Adelphi, as he allowed one run on four hits over seven innings, while striking out five and walking one, to improve to 5-1 on the season.

Parker Lendrum - Baseball - Sr., P
Parker Lendrum (Exeter, N.H.) tossed his third straight complete game, allowing two runs on seven hits over seven innings, striking out four, while not walking a batter, as SNHU doubled up the Panthers, 4-2, in game one Saturday.

Garrett Hammer - Baseball - So., P
Garrett Hammer (Auburn, N.H.) earned the win at Saint Anselm with four-and-a-third shutout innings, allowing four hits and striking out four.

Alyssa Abbott - Softball - So., OF
Alyssa Abbott (Hudson, N.H.) led the Penmen with nine hits in 22 at bats (.409) last week, tying for the team lead with five RBI in the six games in which SNHU went 4-2.

Abby Lineman - Softball - Sr., IF
Abby Lineman (Doylestown, Pa.) homered twice and knocked in five runs, as she went 6-for-21 (.286), scored three runs and added a pair of doubles to bolster a .667 slugging percentage.

Sophie Roussel - Softball - Fr., P
Sophie Roussel (Goffstown, N.H.) went 1-0 with a 1.47 ERA over three starts. In 14-and-a-third innings, she gave up three earned runs on 11 hits and struck out eight.

Aiden Blouin - Men's Lacrosse - Sr., A
Aiden Blouin (Barre, Vt.) scored six goals and added three assists in his final two games with men's lacrosse. Blouin was honored on Senior Day and led the Penmen with four goals and three assists in the 19-8 win over American International College on Saturday.

Matt Roy - Men's Lacrosse - Jr., GK
In his final game of the season, Matt Roy (No. Andover, Mass.) made a career-high 25 saves as SNHU battled No. 3 Saint Anselm College, before falling, 13-8. Roy sat out Saturday's game with AIC as senior John Batchelor (Longmeadow, Mass.) made the start.

Joey Gallo - Men's Lacrosse - Jr., A
Joey Gallo (Derry, N.H .) buried five goals and dished an assist for six points – all against the Yellow Jackets.

PJ Cunningham - Men's Lacrosse - So., M
PJ Cunningham (Bronx, N.Y.) also had six points, as he recorded four goals and two assists, with three goals and two assists coming in the AIC win.

Brynn Goulet - Women's Lacrosse - Sr., A
Brynn Goulet (Tyngsboro, Mass.) tallied nine points on seven goals and two assists, while also adding two ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers, in a 1-1 week for women's lacrosse. She buried three goals in a 21-5 victory against American International College on Wednesday, and then registered four goals, two assists, two ground balls and a caused turnover in a 16-9 loss at Assumption University on Saturday.

Piper Knowlton - Women's Lacrosse - R-Fr., M
Piper Knowlton (Chester, N.H.) scored five goals and dished three assists for eight points, while adding four draw controls, a pair of ground balls and a caused turnover. Knowlton tallied three goals, three assists, three draw controls and a ground ball against American Int'l, before recording two goals, a draw control, a ground ball and a caused turnover at Assumption.

Corrina Moulton - Women's Lacrosse - So., GK
Corrina Moulton (Barre, Vt.) stopped 17 of the 33 shots she faced in the loss to the Greyhounds.

Brooke Bibbo - Women's Track & Field - Sr.
For the second consecutive week, Brooke Bibbo (Burlington, Mass.) set a new PR in the shot put at the George Davis Invitational at UMass Lowell. Her best throw was 12.09m, good for fifth place.
 
Lindy Moreland - Women's Track & Field - Fr.
Lindy Moreland (Gorham, Maine) finished third in the high jump at UMass Lowell at 1.55m, the second best mark of the season in the NE10. She also set a new PR in the 100 hurdles (16.28) on Saturday.

Corrina Obernesser - Women's Track & Field - Gr.
Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) turned in season-best performances in both the 1,500 meters (4:48.78) and 400-meter hurdles (1:10.88), finishing among the top eight in both events.

Aurel Creveuil - Men's Tennis - Fr.
Aurel Creveuil (Nanterre, France) posted a 6-2, 6-4 victory at No. 2 singles, as men's tennis blanked Franklin Pierce University, 4-0, in its lone match of the week Saturday. The win helped the Penmen clinch an NE10 Championship berth.

Dajana Abadzic - Women's Tennis - Jr.
Dajana Abadzic (Weinstadt, Germany) went 4-0, including 2-0 at No. 1 singles, during a 2-0 week for women's tennis. Abadzic quieted Payton Dugan, 6-0, 6-0, in a 7-0 blanking of Colby-Sawyer College on Tuesday, before easing past Ines Gabarro, 6-3, 6-1, in Saturday's 4-1 victory at Franklin Pierce University. She also teamed with sophomore Lois Tsui (Amsterdam, Netherlands) for No. 1 doubles triumphs against CSC's Sky Jara and Avery Nielsen (6-0), and FPU's Gabriela Yamata and Ainhoa Ordonez (6-1).

Gavin Richardson - Men's Golf - Fr.
Gavin Richardson (Concord, N.H.), playing in just his second collegiate tournament at SNHU's Penmen Spring Invitational, ended Monday's opening round tied for sixth place after shooting a 1-over 71 at Derryfield Country Club. He then fired a 4-under 66 Tuesday – the lowest round of the entire tournament – to earn individual medalist honors with a 3-under 137. Richardson's performance also vaulted SNHU from third into a first-place tie for the tourney. Richardson then finished tied for 10th with a 1-under 143 (71/72) at the Penmen Season Finale on Friday and Saturday at Beaver Meadow Golf Course. Richardson was chosen as both the NE10 Player and Rookie of the Week last Wednesday.
