Female Athlete of the Week: Corrina Obernesser - Women's Cross Country - Sr.
Corrina Obernesser (Westminster, Colo.) placed 10th, overall, with a season-best mark of 22:41.46 at the NCAA East Regional Championship on Saturday at the Hopkinton (N.H.) Fairgrounds. Obernesser, who earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) East All-Region status for the third consecutive season, missed out on qualifying for the NCAA National Championship by fewer than eight seconds on the 6K course.

Male Athlete of the Week: Dillon Labonte - Men's Cross Country - Sr.
Dillon Labonte (Lee, N.H.) qualified as an individual for the NCAA National Championship in Kenosha, Wis., on Nov. 22 with a fourth-place showing at the NCAA East Regional Championship on Saturday at the Hopkinton (N.H.) Fairgrounds. Labonte, who completed the 8K course in a time of 32:09.58, qualifies for nationals and claims United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) East All-Region accolades for the second straight year.


Other Penmen Notables: 
Martin Fuentes - Men's Soccer - Gr., F
Martin Fuentes (Pamplona, Spain) registered two goals and three assists, as No. 6 men's soccer went 2-0-0 last week. Fuentes scored twice and dished an assist in an 8-1 victory over Assumption University in Wednesday's regular-season finale, before setting up the first two goals in a 4-1 NE10 Championship quarterfinal triumph over American International College on Saturday.

Dani Gonzalez - Men's Soccer - Gr., M
Dani Gonzalez (Llanera, Spain) recorded two goals and two assists in the win over Assumption. Gonzalez set up the first two scores, notched the fourth goal 4:25 before the break and then made it 6-0 just 52 seconds into the second stanza.

Felipe di Paola - Men's Soccer - Fr., F
Felipe di Paola (Mar del Plata, Argentina) notched three goals during the week. He scored once in the Assumption win and then powered the Penmen into the semifinals with a pair of goals against AIC.

Claudia Keith - Women's Soccer - Sr., GK
Claudia Keith (Danvers, Mass.) stopped eight of the 11 shots she faced in an 0-1-1 week for women's soccer. Keith turned away four of the five shots she faced in a 1-1 draw with No. 17 Saint Anselm College on Wednesday and then made four more saves in a 2-0 NE10 Championship quarterfinal loss at Adelphi University on Sunday. She was named NE10 Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time Monday for her efforts in the regular-season finale.

Jillian Collins - Women's Soccer - Fr., F/M
Jillian Collins (Wilmington, Mass.) buried the equalizer in the 79th versus Saint Anselm. Collins was selected as the NE10 Rookie of the Week earlier Monday.

Sophie Chevalier - Women's Volleyball - Fr., OH
Sophie Chevalier (Charlton, N.Y.) recorded nine kills, 12 digs and a pair of blocks in women's volleyball's 3-0 loss at Post University on Tuesday.

Meri Ibrahimi - Women's Volleyball - Gr., L
Meri Ibrahimi (Woburn, Mass.) matched her season high with 17 digs against the Eagles.
