Senior Alejo Caceres (Córdoba, Argentina) and senior Philipp Herrmann (Bruckmuehl, Germany) scored on either side of halftime, and graduate goalkeeper Alvaro Garcia (Castelldefels, Spain) made two second-half saves to backstop the Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team to a 2–0 win over Mercy on Saturday afternoon at Ouellette Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
Caceres broke through in the 29th minute with a blast of about 30 yards after taking a pass from junior Charlie Preus (London, U.K.) to send SNHU into the locker room up 1–0. Less than 13 minutes into the second half, Herrmann doubled the advantage with a header from junior Alex Pons (Castellón, Spain), giving the Penmen all the cushion they needed.
