MANCHESTER, N.H. - Stephanie Dluginski (Floral Park, NY) registered 19 kills as Southern New Hampshire University rallied from a 2-0 deficit to post a 3-2 Northeast-10 upset volleyball victory over Merrimack College Tuesday night at the SNHU Fieldhouse.  The Penmen close out the year 11-13 overall and 6-8 in Northeast-10 play, while the Warriors, who entered the evening in third place in the NE-10, fall to 15-12 and 10-3 in the league.  The game scores were 27-30, 23-30, 30-23, 30-25, 15-11.

After dropping the first two games, Southern New Hampshire raced out to a 13-3 lead in game three.  The Warriors cut the lead to 26-21 on a Jordan Giboney (West Linn, OR) kill, but the Penmen would hold on, finishing the game on a Dluginski kill.  SNHU busted open what had been a close game four with seven straight points to take a 20-11 lead on a Merrimack attack error, but the guests closed to within 23-20.  The Penmen closed out the game on a 7-5 run and another Dluginski kill forced the deciding fifth game.

SNHU trailed just once in the fifth as the Warriors took an early 1-0 lead.  Up 12-11 late, the Penmen would record three straight points to nail down the win.  A Casey Stoodley (Salem, NH) kill made it 13-11, then following a Merrimack attack error, Dluginski closed out the match with her 19th kill of the evening.

Dluginski also recorded four block assists and five service aces.  Stoodley finished with 12 kills, 13 digs and six aces, while Brianna Doucet (Danville, NH) racked up 26 digs.  Kelly Scanlon (East Providence, RI) totaled 24 assists, 12 digs and five kills, including three kills in the fifth game.  Nicky Dumond (Tewksbury, MA) had 18 assists of her own.
