Volleyball Entertains AIC for Final Match of the Season Tonight

THE MATCHUP: The Penmen host American International College in NE-10 action at 7:00 p.m. tonight.

THE PENMEN: Southern New Hampshire dropped a 3-1 decision to Bentley on Tuesday...senior Danielle Coffey posted 10 kills and nine blocks in the loss...she leads the team in kill with 209 and blocks with 116...Coffey is averaging 1.36 blocks per game, good for the top spot in the Northeast-10 Conference...sophomore Megan Lesczynski ranks second on the team in kills this season with 209 and has also added 214 digs....junior Erica Solomon ranks third in kills (192) and second in digs (226)...freshman setter Kendra Mikuta has dished out 535 assists...Peyton Williams has posted a team-best 253 digs...Ashlee Daoust has added 117 kills and 166 digs this season and leads the team in aces with 32...she also ranks second in blocks with 27...the Penmen are averaging 9.86 kills per game...tonight the Penmen honor lone senior Coffey in her final Penmen appearance. 

THE YELLOW JACKETS:  AIC dropped a 3-0 decision to Franklin Pierce last night...Blair Havron led the Yellow Jackets with 12 kills and a .417 hitting percentage...she leads the team in total kills this season with 265 and also has a team-best 93 blocks...Ellisha Terry has added 230 kills for AIC and also leads the team in assists with 474...she splits setting action with Nikki Naccarato, who has dished out 426 assists this season...Caitlin Connelly leads the Yellow Jackets in digs with 494...Connelly has also posted a team-high 40 service aces this season...Serefina Starks has added 307 digs...Vanessa Ruiz and Phoebe Lettington have both added 44 blocks to the Yellow Jackets' defensive effort...American International is averaging 10.96 kills per game and has totaled a .163 hitting percentage this season.

HEAD-TO-HEAD:  The Yellow Jackets posted a 3-2 win over the Penmen last season...Stephanie Dluginski tallied 15 kills for SNHU...Ellisha Terry posted 15 kills for AIC...game scores were 25-18, 16-25, 14-25, 25-17 and 15-11.
