DRACUT, Mass. – The Southern New Hampshire University golf team wrapped up its 2011-12 campaign this past weekend at the UMass Lowell River Hawk Invitational held at Meadow Creek Golf Course.  The Penmen finished 10^th out of 11 schools, carding a two-day total of 649.

Vince Kimball (Lebanon, N.H.) and Ernie Lupi (Bradford, Mass.) led the Penmen as they tied for 38^th overall with a two-day total of 162.  Lupi shot a 78 on day one, while Kimball finished with a 79 in the opening round.  Nick Burke (Sandwich, Mass.) lowered his score by five strokes in the second round, carding a 79, and finished at 163.

Cody Carlson (Wellesley, Mass.) and James Hickey (Manchester, N.H.) rounded out the Southern New Hampshire finishers as they finished tied at 168.  Hickey matched Lupi for the low Penmen round as he fired a 78 on day two.
