THE MATCHUP: No. 24 Southern New Hampshire returns home for the first time in two weeks when it hosts Stonehill Wednesday night.

THE COACHES: Marc Hubbard is in his fifth season as head coach at SNHU...a 2003 graduate of Colgate who previously served as an assistant at New Hampshire, Hubbard has led the Penmen to four straight NCAA appearances and owns a career record of 63-15-13 (.764)...Jim Reddish is in his fifth season at Stonehill...a former forward and midfielder for the Skyhawks in the mid-1990s, Reddish owns a 29-40-7 mark and guided Stonehill to the Northeast-10 Tournament in 2011.

THE SERIES: Southern New Hampshire owns a 25-3-1 record all-time against Stonehill...last season the Penmen posted a 2-1 double-overtime win in Easton, Mass....Chris Tsonis scored 3:28 into the second overtime to lift SNHU to the win, while PJ Burnette has the other Penmen tally...Anthony Campagnano scored for Stonehill.

THE PENMEN: Southern New Hampshire, ranked No. 24 nationally, saw a season-opening four-game win streak snapped with a 1-0 loss at then-No. 6 Franklin Pierce Saturday night...senior Chris Tsonis leads the Penmen with four goals and an assist for nine points...he has recorded three game-winning goals on the season...Mohamed Toufik has notched two goals and an assist, while Jordan Branco, Austin Britt and Sam Kelley have each recorded single goals...Keegan Campbell has registered a pair of assists to date...Dom DiMaggio has started all five games in goal for the Penmen and owns a .625 save percentage and 0.60 goals-against average with a pair of shutouts.

THE SKYHAWKS: Stonehill is coming off a 1-0 home loss to Southern Connecticut on Saturday...Tyler Brondyk leads the Skyhawks with two goals and a pair of assists, while Drew Montano also has a pair of goals...Kevin Gilmartin has tallied a goal and an assist...Adam Colella has started all six games in goal for Stonehill and owns a 1.40 goals-against average and .743 save percentage.

WHAT'S NEXT: The Penmen hit the road Saturday, traveling to Le Moyne, before returning home next week for home dates with Saint Michael's and Post.

DID YOU KNOW: Southern New Hampshire is one of just four Division II men's soccer teams that has been nationally-ranked at the end of each of the last four seasons.  The Penmen, who were ranked No. 11 in 2008, No. 8 in 2009, No. 16 in 2010 and No. 7 last season, are joined by Franklin Pierce, Midwestern State and Northern Kentucky.  NKU has moved its athletic program to the Division I level in 2012-13.
