NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Southern New Hampshire University freshman Cassidy Huckins (Boscawen, N.H.) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference field hockey all-rookie team, which was announced by the Conference office on Wednesday.
Huckins garnered all-conference accolades after turning in a solid freshman season for the Penmen. She finished second on the team in goals (3), points (6) and accounted for 25-percent of Southern New Hampshire's goals this season. Huckins led the Penmen in shooting-percentage (.158), and scored the game-winning goal against Saint Thomas Aquinas in SNHU's 6-0 victory over the Spartans.
Southern New Hampshire finished the 2015 season with an overall record of 2-16 and an 0-12 mark in conference play.
