NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE
MANSFIELD, Mass. – Freshman Matt Paradis (Hooksett, N.H.) of the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team was named the Northeast-10 Tri-Golfer of the Week for the period ending Oct. 24, the league office announced Tuesday.
Paradis earned a share of individual medalist honors as he submitted a two-day score of 152 to lead the Penmen to their second consecutive NEIGA Championship on Monday at the Captains Course in Brewster, Mass. Paradis shot a final-round 74 to forge the three-way tie.
Paradis, who won the first NE-10 Golfer of the Week honor of the year Sept. 13, shared the award – and medalist honors – with Assumption College's AJ Cooney and Saint Anselm College's Stephen Hunt.
Paradis and the Penmen are now off until the spring.
