Freshman Matt Paradis (Hooksett, N.H.) fired a two-over 74 Monday for the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team at the NCAA East/Atlantic Regional, hosted by  Le Moyne College at Timber Banks Golf Club.

The Penmen competed in the morning group before play was suspended in the afternoon due to heavy rains that made conditions tough to play in. Of the teams that finished, SNHU sat in 11^th place, just five strokes from the fifth spot.

Paradis is currently tied for eighth, two shots off the pace after playing a solid round before double-bogeying 18.

Senior Jake Nutter (Bedford, N.H.) is right behind Paradis after carding a 75.

Freshman Gavin Dugas (Pittsfield, Maine) shot an 81, while sophomore Joshua LaCasse (Bow, N.H.), battling illness, finished with an 83.

Notes:
- Junior John Clancy (Sandwich, Mass.) recorded a 92.
- The NCAA East/Atlantic Regional is comprised of 108 student-athletes from 28 different institutions.
