Notes: The Penmen, fresh off their first-ever postseason victory, make their first appearance in the Northeast-10 Conference Championship semifinals. Southern New Hampshire topped Pace, 15-12, in its quarterfinal clash to pick up its ninth win in its last 10 outings. SNHU trailed 8-5 midway through the second quarter, but closed out the period by outscoring the Setters 4-1, and used a 4-2 advantage in the fourth to secure the win. Junior Keifer Heckman (Peabody, Mass.) led the Penmen attack with six goals, while classmate Daniel Trainor (Billerica, Mass.) found the back of the net four times and senior Cameron Joyce (Braintree, Mass.) added a pair of tallies. Junior Tyler Walsh (Northampton, Mass.) registered 13 saves to backstop Southern New Hampshire, and he upped his record in the cage to 9-1 this season.

Notes: The second-ranked and top-seeded Dolphins head into Friday's showdown with an unblemished 15-0 overall record that includes an 11-0 mark in conference play. Le Moyne wrapped up the NE-10 regular season crown after turning in its 14th unbeaten conference slate in the past 17 years. Redshirt-senior goalkeeper Alex Krawec (Kirkville, N.Y.) has been the anchor of the nation's top defensive unit (4.93 goals against per game), and is 15-0 with a .707 save percentage and a 4.67 goals against average. The 2016 Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Year has yet to allow more than seven goals in a game this season and surrendered just two goals in the Dolphins' season finale win over Bentley University. Le Moyne features a balanced scoring attack that has six players with at least 29 points. Senior Logan Thomas (Liverpool, N.Y.) leads the way with a team-high 34 goals and 47 points, while junior Brian Rogers (Clifton Park, N.Y.) checks in next with 41 points on 31 goals and 10 assists. The Dolphins have the third-highest scoring offense in the nation (15.60 goals per game) and rank second in scoring margin (10.67).
