Score: Southern New Hampshire University – 300 (6^th/19) 

Sophomore Matt Paradis (Hooksett, N.H.) fired a 5-under 67 to finish day one on top of the leaderboard, while the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team turned in a sixth-place showing at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational on Friday at the Lake Shore Yacht & Country Club.

Paradis used a round-high seven birdies to finish three strokes ahead of St. Thomas Aquinas College's Hamish Houston and Le Moyne College's Danny Thomas.

Sophomore Ryan Anderson (Beverly, Mass.) tied for 27^th with a 76, while junior Joshua LaCasse (Bow, N.H.) is tied for 37^th, following an opening-round 77.

Junior Sam Riemer (Canton, Mass.) rounded out the Penmen scorers with an 80. Sophomore Drew Kane (Scarborough, Maine) did not factor into the scoring after turning in an 82.

Notes:
-Rollins College's 291 leads the field, with Laval University in second with a 294.
-The Le Moyne Fall Invitational is comprised of 106 golfers from 19 institutions.
