NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE
MANCHESTER, N.H. – Sophomore Matt Paradis (Hooksett, N.H.) of the Southern New Hampshire University men's golf team was chosen as the Northeast-10 Golfer of the Week for the period ending Oct. 17, the league office announced Wednesday.
Paradis, who earns the honor for the second time this season, produced a two-day total of 137, going 7-under at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational on Friday and Saturday to earn individual medalist honors. Paradis fired a 5-under 67 in the opening round and then carded a 2-under 70 in the final round, as the Penmen finished 6th of 19 teams at the Lake Shore Yacht & Country Club in Cicero, N.Y.
Paradis and the Penmen wrap up the fall portion of their schedule Oct. 30-31 at the McDonough Cup, hosted by Rollins, at the Rio Pinar Country Club in Orlando, Fla.
