Notes: The Penmen aim to sweep their season series with Bentley University after handling the Falcons in Friday's game one, 3-2. Southern New Hampshire opened a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first on an RBI double off the bat of freshman Shay Sauvageau (Griswold, Conn.) before Bentley responded with a pair of runs to carry a 2-1 edge into the bottom of the fourth. Junior Erin Garczynski (Norwood, Mass.) led off the frame with a double before senior Sarah Lavallee (Candia, N.H.) shot a base hit through the right side. Freshman Jackie Gavin (Laconia, N.H.) plated the tying run with a run-scoring groundout before classmate Coralie Mathieu (Methuen, Mass.) dropped in a pinch-hit single to knock in the go-ahead run. Sophomore Maddy Barone (Halifax, Mass.) earned the win after fanning six over the first 6.2 innings of Friday's contest before handing the ball to freshman Ali Atherton (Milford, Mass.), who nailed down the save by retiring the lone batter she faced.

Notes: The Falcons look to bounce back after Friday's setback, which extended their losing streak to three consecutive contests. Bentley fell behind early, but a solo shot to lead off the third off the bat of sophomore Juliana Romeo (Greenville, R.I.) pulled the visitors even heading into the third. Senior Catie Noons (North Dighton, Mass.) led off the top half of the third with a walk before moving up to third on a wild pitch that preceded a groundout to the right side. Romeo stepped in and smacked an RBI single to right that gave the Falcons a brief lead, as they surrendered it in the ensuing half inning. Romeo was the lone Bentley student-athlete with a multi-hit outing on Friday, while freshman Lindsey Allen (Worcester, Mass.) and classmate Lea Thompson (Trumbull, Conn.) accounted for the remainder of the Falcon offense.
