(Durham, N.H.) - Sophomore Emma Hallet (Billerica, Mass.) scored a win in the 55 hurdles, and set new career marks in the high jump and shot put as the SNHU Track & Field team competed with UNH and UMass-Lowell Saturday in Durham, N.H.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Hallet won the 55H in 8.98 seconds, with SNHU freshman Tori Allen (Litchfield, N.H.) finishing second (9.41).
- Allen (9.98m) set a PR in the shot put.
- Senior Bennie Alula (Hartford, Conn.) finished second in the weight throw (14.57m), while sophomore Laila Bunnitt (Lewiston, Maine) set a new PR of 13.08m.
- Sophomore Ava Gravell (Windham, N.H.) tied her PR twice in the 55m race (prelims and final - 7.52 seconds)
- Junior Madison McMahon (East Longmeadow, Mass.) finished second in the high jump.
NOTES
- The Penmen, ranked first in the East Region by the USTFCCCA, will compete in the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Championships on February 24-25 at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
