MANCHESTER, N.H. – Rain washed away Sunday contests for the Southern New Hampshire University baseball and women's tennis teams.

The women's tennis match originally slated for 11 a.m. at West Chester University of Pa. was canceled because of rain in the region forecasted for the majority of the day.

Baseball's 12 p.m. series finale was New Haven was delayed until eventually canceled when it became clear the weather was not going to improve.

Neither contest will be rescheduled.

Women's tennis returns to action on Wednesday, April 6 for a "senior day" match against Post University. Match time is 3 p.m.

Baseball returns to action on Wednesday, April 6 at the University of Bridgeport. First pitch is slated for 3 p.m.
