Four From Women's Lacrosse Selected as NE10 All-Conference

Renaud, DeLucia, Cole land on Second Team; Graziano receives Third Team nod

MANSFIELD, Mass. – Senior Skylar Renaud (E. Waterboro, Maine) and juniors Shelby Cole (Gilford, N.H.) and Alexis DeLucia (Uncasville, Conn.) of the Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team were named to the NE10 All-Conference Second Team, while senior Angelina Graziano (Riverhead, N.Y.) collected a Third Team accolade, as the league office doled out its end-of-the-year awards Thursday.

Renaud started all 17 games this season for the Penmen, tallying 56 goals, 10 assists, 66 points, 45 ground balls, 62 draw controls and 27 caused turnovers. She led the team in ground balls and caused turnovers, ranked second in draw controls, third in goals and points, and fourth in assists. In the league, Renaud, the March 13 NE10 Defensive Player of the Week, placed second in ground balls, sixth in goals, eighth in caused turnovers, 13th in points and sixth in draw controls. In the program's single-record book, her 56 goals are tied for seventh, while her 27 caused turnovers slot her in ninth. Renaud, who scored the 100th goal of her career April 4 against Bentley University, was an NE10 All-Conference Third Team honoree last season.

DeLucia, who also joined Renaud on the Third Team a year ago, also started all 17 games this season, capturing 112 draw controls, scooping up 17 ground balls and causing nine turnovers, while notching 20 points on 12 goals and eight assists. Her 112 draws are the most in an SNHU single-season and she is the first Penmen ever to reach the 100-draw control plateau. The draws were also the second most in the NE10, as she was one of just three players to end the regular season with 100 or more.

Cole piled up 83 points on 58 goals and 25 assists, while collecting 17 ground balls, nine draw controls and 13 caused turnovers, in 17 starts. She ranked third in the NE10 in goals, fourth in points and seventh in assists. Her 83 points are tied for the fourth most in a single-season in program history, while the 58 goals are tied for fifth. Cole scored her 100th career goal April 16 against the University of New Haven.

Graziano, who also started all 17 contests, matched Cole's numbers with 58 goals and 25 assists for 83 points. She recorded 21 ground balls and six caused turnovers. Graziano, who buried the 100th goal of her career April 22 versus Assumption University, sits in a tie with Cole for fourth in the single-season record book in points and fifth in goals.

The Penmen finished 9-8 this season, marking the first time the program reached nine or more wins in back-to-back seasons since 2010 and 2011, as well as the first time it finished above. 500 in consecutive campaigns for the first time since 2015 and 2016. SNHU claimed the No. 8 seed for the NE10 Championship, securing a third straight conference postseason berth for the first time since 2009-11.
