Female Athlete of the Week: Imogen Noon - Women's Soccer - Sr., F
Imogen Noon (Gold Coast, Australia) scored two of SNHU's three goals during the week, and assisted on the other tally.  Last Tuesday against AIC, Noon scored  once and assisted on another in a 2-0 win.  At Assumption on Saturday, Noon had the only goal for the Penmen in a 3-1 loss to the Greyhounds.  

Male Athlete of the Week: Philipp Herrmann - Men's Soccer - Sr., F
Philipp Herrmann (Bruckmuehl, Germany) scored two of SNHU's three goals in the wins over Saint Michael's College and AIC last week.  He scored the game's only goal in the 1-0 win over the Purple Knights and added another against the Yellow Jackets in a 2-1 win.  Herrmann has scored goals in seven of the eight games this season, and his eight goals are tied for the most in NCAA Division II.  On Monday he was named Northeast 10 Player of the Week for the third time this season.


Other Penmen Notables: 
Jade Hendriks - Field Hockey - Jr., B
Jade Hendriks (Huissen, Netherlands) recorded two defensive saves and had an assist in SNHU's 2-0 win over Assumption last Wednesday.  She also played a key role in holding Adelphi within a goal until the closing seconds of Saturday's defeat.

Zoe Demers - Field Hockey - Jr., M
Zoe Demers (Manchester, N.H.) scored a goal and assisted on another as #10 field hockey won 2-0 over Assumption last Wednesday on Larkin Field.  Her five goals are tied for the team lead.

Alvaro Garcia - Men's Soccer - Gr., GK
Alvaro Garcia (Castelldefels, Spain) continued his solid play for the Penmen, making four saves in the wins over Saint Michael's College and AIC last week.  Garcia, who has three shutouts in eight starts, has a goals against average of 0.88

Dajana Abadzic- Women's Tennis - Jr.
Dajana Abadzic (Weinstadt, Germany) lost in the round of 16 of the singles bracket, but advances to the quarterfinals of the doubles bracket with partner, sophomore Lois Tsui (Amsterdam, Netherlands) as the SNHU women's tennis team competed at the ITA East Regional Championship at the Billie Jean King USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y.

Evan Rollins- Men's Golf - Sr.
Evan Rollins (Laconia, N.H.) carded an even-par 72 at the Ranch Golf Club in Southwick, Mass. last Wednesday to earn top honors in a field of 53 golfers.  SNHU finished third in the event, which was shortened to just one round by rain.

Sophie Chevalier - Volleyball - Fr., OH
Sophie Chevalier (Charlton, N.Y.) tallied 24 kills (3.43 k/s), 19 digs (2.71 d/s) and three blocks (0.43 b/s) in an 0-2 week for SNHU. Chevalier posted 13 kills and a career-high 12 digs in a 3-1 loss to Assumption on Tuesday and then submitted a team-high 11 kills and seven digs in Saturday's three-set loss to Saint Michael's.
