NO. ATTLEBORO, Mass. – SNHU junior Julianna Colbert (Burrillville, R.I.) has been named the Northeast 10 Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 19.

After falling 1-0 to Saint Anselm last Tuesday, Colbert bounced back with consecutive shutouts against Saint Anselm (Thursday) and AIC (Saturday). She also pitched a scoreless 11th inning as SNHU completed the sweep of the Yellow Jackets to finish the week 3-1 with a 0.32 ERA.

In 22 innings in the circle, she allowed just 13 hits and one run while striking out 32.

Colbert has now been named the NE10 Pitcher of the Week three times this season.

SNHU (22-16, 14-10 NE10) will head to Bentley University for a doubleheader on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
