NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – The Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team was recognized for its excellence in the classroom last week, earning Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Academic Honor Squad distinction for the sixth consecutive season.
The Penmen were one of 357 schools across Divisions I, II, III, and the NAIA — including 58 from Division II — to earn the honor, which is awarded to teams that posted a grade-point average of 3.20 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year. SNHU has now received this recognition 10 times since 2014.
In addition, nine members of the team were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes juniors, seniors, and graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. A total of 568 Division II student-athletes were named to the Honor Roll.
Graduate student Sierra Kimball (Amherst, N.H.) and senior Delaney Ramalho (Hollis, N.H.) captured the honor for the second straight year, while senior Brynn Goulet (Tyngsboro, Mass.), and juniors Natalie Bosselman (Falmouth, Mass.), Charlotte Brown (Cheshire, Conn.), Mazie Burt (Waterford, Vt.), Nicole Mirra (Cicero, N.Y.), Gianna Silverio (Methuen, Mass.) and Camdyn Swain (No. Falmouth, Mass.) also earned the award.
