MANCHESTER, N.H. - Visiting Saint Anselm College scored twice in the top of the 10th inning to break a 4-4 tie and post a 6-4 Northeast-10 baseball victory over Southern New Hampshire University at Penmen Field on Sunday afternoon.  The Hawks, who were swept in a twinbill by SNHU Saturday, improve to 11-18 and 7-11 in  the NE-10, while the Penmen are now 6-21 and 4-15 in the league.

Southern New Hampshire would load the bases with one out in the 10th after taking advantage of three Saint Anselm walks, but reliever Jimmy Garrigan would end the threat by getting the final two Penmen batters to fly out.

Saint Anselm took a 1-0 lead in the second when a Garrigan sacrifice fly scored Ryan Gargan.  SNHU would take a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the fourth when it scored twice with two outs.  A single by Chris O'Neil (Chelmsford, MA) would plate Tim Rines (Northfield, NH), while a single by Jeff Giannino (Beverly, MA) scored Skyler Byrd (Milford, NH).
