HANOVER, N.H. -
The Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team fell to
Temple University 6-1 in a match played Sunday at the Boss Tennis
Center on the campus of Dartmouth College. The Owls improved
to 1-1 on the season, while the Penmen are also 1-1.
Junior Amber
Chandronnait (Bow, N.H.) earned the lone point for the
Penmen at No. 1 singles, rallying to top Lucie Pazderova 3-6, 6-0,
10-7.
Southern New Hampshire returns to
action Saturday, February 27, when it faces its second Division I
opponent of the season, traveling to Dartmouth for a noon match.
